hi i have a built in bluetooth device on my laptop and theres a button tht enables/disables bluetooth but when i push the button it dosent enable and i cant find no help online any suggestions?
@SpriteGuyBrandon by built in device do you mean a built in bluetooth receiver or do you mean a device that actually uses bluetooth? Also if you have Windows 7 click start and type ‘bluetooth’ and try looking at the settings in there.
@Ipodtechreviewer i think it is a receiver. yeah i got the bluetooth thing from broadcom but when i open it nothing happens i have tried run as admin same problem any tips?
@SpriteGuyBrandon btw my laptop is an acer aspire 5738z if u need further info
@SpriteGuyBrandon if it is a receiver the OS should have pre-loaded drivers for it. Have you recently installed a different operating system? if not, I can’t really help you. but if you did I might be able to figure something out.
@Ipodtechreviewer no it had windows 7 pre installed
